克咳胶囊联合孟鲁司特治疗咳嗽的应用效果探究

摘　　要：目的:研究、分析克咳胶囊联合孟鲁司特治疗咳嗽的临床治疗效果。方法:收治慢性咳嗽患者46例,随机平分两组。对照组服用复方甘草口服液联合孟鲁司特治疗,观察组服用克咳胶囊联合孟鲁司特治疗,治疗10 d后对两组患者临床治疗效果进行评价。结果:观察组总有效率87.0%,高于对照组的65.2%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:克咳胶囊联合孟鲁司特治疗咳嗽临床效果显著。Objective：To study and analyze the effect of keke capsule combined with montelukast in the treatment of patients with cough.Methods：46 patients with chronic cough were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group was treated with compound licorice oral liquid combined with montelukast,and the observation group was treated with Keke capsule combined with montelukast.After 10 days of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.Results：The total effective rate of the observation group was 87%,which was higher than 65.2% of the control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Keke capsule combined with montelukast in the treatment of cough has significant clinical effect.
