挑痔联合微波理疗治疗Ⅱ期内痔的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察挑痔联合微波理疗治疗Ⅱ期内痔的疗效及安全性。方法:收治Ⅱ期内痔患者160例,随机分两组。治疗组给予挑痔联合微波治疗,对照组常规使用复方角菜酸酯栓治疗,评定其治疗结果。结果:在临床症状、体征的改善方面,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组总有效率97.50%,高于对照组的92.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:挑痔联合微波理疗治疗Ⅱ期内痔安全、有效,在内痔出血、肛门坠胀、减轻痔黏膜充血及缩小痔核方面疗效明显优于单纯应用复方角菜酸酯栓。Objective：To investigate the efficacy and safety of needle-picking therapy combined with microwave physical therapy in the treatment of stage Ⅱ internal hemorrhoids.Methods：160 patients with stage Ⅱ internal hemorrhoids were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups.The treatment group was treated with needle-picking therapy combined with microwave physical therapy,and the control group was treated with compound carraghenates suppositories.The treatment outcome was evaluated.Results：The improvement of clinical symptoms and signs in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.50%,higher than 92.50% of the control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Needle-picking therapy combined with microwave physical therapy in the treatment of stage Ⅱ internal hemorrhoids is safe and effective.The curative effect in internal bleeding,anal bulge,alleviate hemorrhoid mucosal hyperemia and reduce hemorrhoids is obviously superior to the single application of compound carraghenates suppositories.
