产妇1257例盆底电生理指标多影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨相关因素对产后女性盆底电生理指标的影响。方法:选择产妇1 257例,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果:不同分娩方式和出生胎儿体重对Ⅰ类肌肌力影响明显;分娩年龄和产后复查时间长短对盆底功能无明显影响;产次对Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类肌肌力影响明显。结论:分娩年龄、产后复查时间对盆底功能无明显影响;分娩方式、胎儿体重和产次对盆底功能有明显影响。Objective：To explore the influence of related factors on the pelvic floor electrophysiological indexes of postpartum women.Methods：1 257 cases of puerpera were selected,and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results：The influence of different delivery methods and birth weight on the muscle strength of type Ⅰ muscle was obvious.The age of delivery and the time of postpartum reexamination had no significant effect on pelvic floor function.The effects of birth times on muscle strength of type Ⅰ muscle and type Ⅱ muscle were obvious.Conclusion：The age of delivery and the time of postpartum reexamination had no significant effect on pelvic floor function.The mode of delivery,fetal weight and birth weight had significant effects on pelvic floor function.
