摘　　要：目的:探讨早期发展综合训练对早产儿体格发育和发育商的影响效果。方法:收治早产儿160例,分为试验组和对照组,各80例。试验组给予儿童保健高危儿管理,对照组给予普通儿童管理。结果:试验组4个月和10个月身高、体重、头围明显大于对照组(P<0.05);试验组4个月和12个月的精神指数与运动指数均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对早产儿进行儿童保健高危儿管理,有利于早产儿的身体和智力发育,提高早产儿的生长速度。Objective：To explore the effect of early developmental comprehensive training on physical development and development quotient of premature infants.Methods：160 cases of premature infants were selected.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group with 80 cases in each group.The experimental group was given high risk management of children＇s health care,and the control group was administered by ordinary children care.Results：The height,weight and head circumference of the experimental group in 4 months and 10 months were significantly higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）;the mental index and exercise index of the experimental group in 4 and 12 months were significantly higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The management of high-risk children for premature infants is beneficial to the physical and mental development of premature infants,and improves the growth rate of premature infants.
