摘 要:目前新疆园林植物引种栽培中,能够抗寒的宿根花卉栽培种极其匮乏。文章以新疆石河子地区引种栽培的萱草、玉簪、八宝景天、德国鸢尾、溪荪鸢尾、黄景天、早小菊7种宿根花卉为试验材料,研究不同低温胁迫条件下电解质渗出率、游离脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量及可溶性蛋白质含量。结果表明,不同品种宿根花卉的电解质渗出率和可溶性蛋白质含量在低温胁迫下随着温度的降低而升高,而游离脯氨酸含量和丙二醛含量的增益幅度都具有明显的变化。综合分析7种宿根花卉中萱草和德国鸢尾的抗寒力较好,玉簪和早小菊抗寒力较差。Based on the introduction and cultivation of Xinjiang area of Shihezi,7 perennial flowers(Hemerocallis fulva,Hosta plantaginea,Hylotelephium erythrostictum,Iris germanica,Iris sanguinea,Huang Jingtian,Dendranthema morifolia)as the experimental material,under the condition of low temperature stress on different electrolyte leakage,proline content,MDA content and soluble protein content.Result shows that the electrolyte leakage rate of different varieties of perennial flowers and the soluble protein content under low temperature stress as the temperature decreased,and the obvious gain proline content and malondialdehyde content changes.Comprehensive analysis shows that among seven perennial flowers,the cold resistance of Hemerocallis fulva and Iris germanicais optimal,and the cold resistance of Hosta plantaginea and Dendranthema morifoliais more poor.
