摘 要:行动学习秉持学中干、干中学的理念,能够克服传统培训方法学用脱节的不足,实现从课堂到现场的知识迁移,达到解决实践问题的效果。干部教育培训中运用行动学习破解实践难题的案例表明,以问题为中心、以学员为主体、以能力为导向、以改变为目的、以体制机制为抓手是产生效果的关键,这些特征也体现了行动学习的方法创新价值。The action learning,based on the philosophy of learning while practicing,can overcome the problem of disconnection between learning and practice,which is the biggest shortcoming of traditional training methods. It can realize the transfer of knowledge from classroom to the field,and achieve the effect of solving practical problems. Cases of applying action learning in cadre education and training show that focuses on problem solving,trainee subjectivity,ability enhancement,target on changes,and systematic reform are keys to real effect of education and training,and these features also embody the value of action learning in respect of methodological innovation.
