摘　　要：特发性室性心律失常可起源于左心室外膜。左心室顶部是特发性心外膜室性心律失常的最常见起源部位,解剖上位于左心室口主动脉部分的上方,占据左心室上部的大部。连续45例症状性特发性左心室顶室性心律失常进行射频消融。16例于心大静脉主干、7例于横跨左心室顶基部的心大静脉分支中实施成功消融。Idiopathic ventricular arrhythmias（VAs）can arisefrom the epicardial surface of the left ventricle（LV） .The most common site of origins of idiopathic epicardialVAs is the LV summit that anatomically lies superior tothe aortic portion of the LV ostium and occupies themost superior portion of the LV.
