摘 要:运用宏基因组高通量测序技术对市售夏黑无核葡萄表皮菌群16S rRNA基因V3-V4可变区进行测序和分析,发现该葡萄表皮的细菌群落具有高度多样性,且优势菌群明显.从门水平上分析,群落主要为厚壁菌门和变形菌门;从纲水平上分析,群落主要为α,β,γ变形菌纲、梭菌纲和放线菌纲;从属水平上分析,乳酸球菌属为最优菌属.同时从葡萄表皮检出了Escherichia-Shigella(埃希氏菌属-志贺氏菌属)的致病菌群体.该研究成果对于果蔬采后生物防治和市售果蔬的检验检疫工作有一定的借鉴意义.Using the metagenomic high-throughput sequencing technology,the sequencing analysis of the V3-V4 variable regions of 16 S rRNA gene of the grape surface microbe of marketed Summer Black Seedless variety was conducted. The results showed that the the grape surface microbes were highly diverse consortium and had obviously dominant microflora. At the phylum level,the dominant microbes were Firmicutes and Proteobacteria. At the class level,the dominant microbes were α,β,γ-Mycetozoan,Clostridium and Actinomycetes. At the genus level,the dominant microbe was Lactococcus. Furthermore,the pathogenic bacteria EscherichiaShigella was detected on the grape surface of marketed Summer Black Seedless variety. This study is of reference significance for biological control after fruit picking and inspectation and quarrantine of market fruit.
