摘　　要：应用型农产品物流管理人才培养模式,是根据农产品流通对物流管理人才能力的需求,遵循人才成长的规律,结合高等农业院校学科专业特色而制定,建立以人格素质+知识研究+实践操作+"三创"能力的"四位一体"的农产品物流管理人才培养模式。In this paper, according to the requirement of the competence of the logistics management talents in agricultural product circulation, following the law of talent growth and in connection with the specialty characteristics of the higher agricultural institutions, we built the four-in-one agricultural product logistics management talent cultivation mode that incorporated personality & quality, knowledge research, practical operation and the competence of creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship.
