摘 要:对一台满足国Ⅴ排放要求的柴油机,分别在1 700m、2 200m、3 000m海拔高度下采用可移动式发动机台架和车载设备,进行了高原实地的排放测试。原机测试结果表明,随着海拔的升高,缸内进气量减少,燃烧恶化,最高燃烧压力下降,比油耗增加,CO排放升高,NO_x排放下降;海拔的升高对尾气排放具有降低氧含量和提高燃烧温度的双重作用,其中降低氧含量对高海拔排放的影响更大。采用后处理装置后,NO_x排放虽有所下降,但由于发动机企业出于成本考虑减少尿素喷射量,使NO_x排放仍超出国Ⅴ法规限值。A diesel engine satisfying China ( was tested at the altitudes of 1 700 m, 2 200 m anda removable engine test bench and on-board equipment. The results of the test without urea-SCR show that, with the increase of altitude,intake air decreases,combustion deteriorates,the highest combustion pdecreases,fuel consumption and CO emission increase,and NO:, emissions decreases; increased altitude has dual effects of raising combustion temperature and reducing oxygen content on engine emissions, of which the later has greater impact on emissions at high altitude. The results of the test with uNOz emissions still exceed China ( regulation limits, because the engine manufacturer reduces the amount of urea injection.
