全程护理干预对鼻咽癌放化疗患者生活质量效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨全程护理干预对鼻咽癌放化疗患者生活质量的影响。方法选择我科初治鼻咽癌患者102例,将其随机分为研究组与对照组各51例。对照组采取常规护理措施,研究组在此基础上进行全程护理干预,比较两组患者的躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、认知功能、社会功能5个领域和总体健康状况。结果研究组护理干预后,患者的躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、认知功能、社会功能5个领域和总体健康状况分值都高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全程护理干预可以有效提高鼻咽癌患者的生活质量,值得临床推广。Objective To study effect on quality of life by whole course nursing intervention for patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods 102 cases of early treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients in our department were randomly divided into study group and control group,51 cases in each group.patients in control group was received routine nursing measures,Patients in study group was received the whole process nursing intervention based on routine nursing.The general health status and 5 aspects of physical function,role function,emotional function,cognitive function and social function was measured and compared between the two groups.Results The 5 aspects of physical function,role function,emotional function,cognitive function,social function of patients in the study group after nursing intervention were significant higher that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The whole course nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of life for patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.It’s worthy of clinical promotion.
