摘　　要：介绍一种新型反渗透脱盐率在线监测装置,它利用自动控制系统对反渗透装置每一支膜组件的脱盐率进行测定,并进行数据采集及处理,同时自动输出数据记录。新型脱盐率在线监测装置能够给反渗透设备的运行、维护及检修提供更为准确、全面的指导和建议,为延长膜组件的化学清洗间隔、节约运行成本提供有力保证。A new on-line monitoring device desalination rate of reverse osmosis is introduced in the paper.The desalination rate of each membrane component of the reverse osmosis device is determined by using the automatic control system, which collects and processes data, automatic outputs data recording. The new on-line monitoring device provides more accurate, comprehensive guidance and advice for operation, maintenance, repair of reverse osmosis equipment, prolong chemical cleaning interval of the membrane module and save the running cost.
