摘  要:篮球比赛进攻方常有4个人处于无球状态,在配合中无球队员的移动有其特定的规律。为了增加队员间的有效配合,给无球队员创造合理的进攻机会,采用文献资料法、案例分析法等阐释无球队员落位及其移动的基本原则。结果表明:无球队员单人摆脱向外拉出动作要结合反跑、后撤步及身前、身后切入技术;无球队员掩护摆脱要结合身前切入、反跑及假掩护等技术;同伴持球突破,内线应选择溜底、外拉或插中策应的方式,外线应选择交错移动和平衡位置接应;内线被夹击时,强侧无球队员要运用切入或拉开间距方法,弱侧队员相应采用轮转接应或切入移动方式;进攻不同的防守阵型,无球队员应采取中路接应(策应),边线队员应根据选择均衡移动路线。研究成果可为运动员、教练员、教师的训练与比赛提供理论与实战指导。In basketball match, there are always 4 players without ball for offensive team where, in teamwork,the movement of players without ball has its specific rules. In order to increase the effective coordination among the players, and provide the reasonable chance to attack for players without ball, this paper, through using the methods of literature review and case analysis, explains the basic rule of players' position and movement without ball. The result shows that a player without ball should combine backdoor, drop step, and front back cutting-in technique in pulling-out move; players without ball should involve cutting-in, backdoor and dummy screen and so on in screen move; when teammates with ball choose to break through, low-post players should slip bottom line, pull out or play at medium post, while perimeter players should cooperate with staggered movement and equilibrium position; when the low-post player is double-teamed, strong side without ball players should cut or widen space, while weak side players should work with rotating meet or moving cut; in offending different defensive formations, players without ball should meet in the middle route(in coordination),while sideline players should cooperate with equilibrium moving routes. This study aims to provide theoretical and practical guidance for athletes, coaches and teachers' training.
