摘　　要：农村土地流转在一定程度上是生产力发展的产物。本论文设计的农村土地承包与流转管理平台,包括土地流转管理、合同管理以及信息发布管理等功能,主要是对于农户自己做承包的土地进行录入,实现信息化的管理。Rural land transfer is the product of the development of productive forces to a certain extent. In this paper, the design of rural land contracting and circulation management platform, including land transfer management, contract management and information release management functions, mainly for farmers to do their own contract to enter the land, to achieve information management.
