正交试验优化颈肩舒颗粒的提取工艺

摘  要:目的优选颈肩舒颗粒的提取工艺。方法以挥发油得率为指标,采用单因素试验法考察加水量、浸泡时间及蒸馏时间对挥发油得率的影响;以葛根素含量及固形物含量的综合评分为评价指标,采用正交试验法考察加水量、提取时间及提取次数对水提工艺的影响。结果最佳提取工艺为桂枝、羌活、姜黄三味药材加10倍水,蒸馏6 h提取挥发油;药渣与其余药材提取2次,每次加10倍水,提取1 h。结论该工艺稳定可行,可为颈肩舒颗粒的工业化生产提供试验依据。OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction technology of Jingjianshu granules. METHODS With yield of volatile oil as index,single factor tests were adopted to investigate effects of the amount of water,soaking time and distillation time on extraction technology of volatile oil. With the comprehensive scores of the contents of puerarin and total weight of dry extract as the observation object,L9( 3)4 orthogonal design was used to adopte examine times of extraction,amount of water,extraction time. RESULTS The optimical extraction technology condition as follows: cinnamomi ramulus,notopterygium,turmeric were extracted to get volatile oil with ten-folds water of herbs for 6 hours. Its residues combined with other herbs were boiled with ten-folds water of herbs for two times,1 hours each time. CONCLUSION The extraction technology which was determined is reasonable and stable,it could be to provide experimental basis for industrial production for Jingjianshu granules.
