摘　　要：从租金理论出发研究科技企业孵化器价值创造路径,为孵化器在价值创造上的理论建构提供参考,也为经济租金理论在平台组织层面的研究内涵提供了实践依据。本文提出了四种价值创造的路径,并对三家国家级科技企业孵化器价值创造的要素、过程进行案例分析。研究表明:孵化器平台在价值创造过程中产生了李嘉图租、熊彼特租、可剥夺性准租金以及张伯伦租;这些租金分别来源于孵化器难以模仿的服务、高效的知识整合、制度设计和资金支持。This paper studies the value-creation paths in S＆T business incubators under the perspective of Rent Theory, which will not only provide the reference for the instruction of value-creation paths in S＆T business incubators, but also lay a practical basis for the re- search connotation of economic rent theory in platform organization level. This paper presents four propositions of value-creation paths in S＆T business incubator, and employs a multi-case study to investigate three state-level S＆T business incubators. Research suggests that incubation platform produces four kinds of rents in the value creation process ： Ricardian rent, Schumpeterian rent, Appropriable rent and Chamberlinian rent, and they respectively come from four dimensions： inimitable services, efficient knowledge integration, design of government and financial support.
