摘 要:2013年溪洛渡水电站首次蓄水发电,根据可研阶段设计成果,溪洛渡水电站在正常蓄水位600 m附近运行时,水库回水长度约199 km,此时回水范围将影响至上游建设中的白鹤滩水电站。根据白鹤滩水电站坝区白鹤滩水文站、右尾水水位站以及下导出水位站在溪洛渡水电站蓄水前后的实测水位、流量等水文数据,分析研究溪洛渡蓄水前后白鹤滩主要断面水位流量关系变化情况。结果表明,在溪洛渡水电站蓄水至575m时,开始影响白鹤滩坝区,最大影响程度可达到18 m。根据溪洛渡水库调度运行特点,白鹤滩坝区受影响时间在每年9月至次年3月,这对白鹤滩水电站施工安全有重要作用。The water level of Xiluodu Hydropower Station reaches its planned highest mark first in 2013. According to the design results in research stage, the length of Xiluodu Reservoir's backwater is about 199 km when it operates in normal water level of 600 m, and at this time, the influence range of backwater will reach Baihetan Hydropower Station. Based on latest hydrological data of Baihetan Reservoir, the relationship changes between water level and flow rate of main sections in Baihetan before and after Xiluodu water storage are analyzed. The results show that, (a) Baihetan dam area will be affected by the water storage of Xiluodu Hydropower Station when the water level of Xiluodu Reservoir reaches 575 m, and the maximum impact degree can reach 18 m; and (b) according to the characteristics of Xiluodu Reservoir's operation, the affected time of Baihetan dam area is from September in that year to March in following year, which has an important effect on construction safety of Baihetan Hydropower Station.
