长脂肪链改性HMPP型大分子光引发剂的制备及性能研究

摘  要:利用异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)与2-羟基-2-甲基-1-[4-(2-羟基乙氧基)苯基]-1-丙酮(JRCure-1113)、十八胺及十八醇的反应制备了2种长脂肪链改性的HMPP(2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮)型光引发剂(2959-IPDI-Am和2959-IPDI-Al)。利用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱以及紫外-可见光谱表征了其结构,研究了光引发剂的紫外光裂解过程以及其引发1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯(HDDA)聚合的动力学。结果表明:与JRCure-1113相比,2959-IPDI-Am和2959-IPDI-Al具有较高的光引发活性,能在一定程度上降低氧阻聚。此外,2959-IPDI-Am和2959-IPDI-Al引发HDDA光固化所得固化膜的凝胶率分别为96.0%和95.9%,残留光引发剂的可萃取率降为10%。2959-IPDI-Am和2959-IPDI-Al与2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮(JRCure-1103)复配使用具有良好的光引发性能。Two long alkyl chain modified HMPP-type macrophotoinitiators (2959-IPDI- Am and 2959-IPDI-A1) had been synthesized through the reaction of octadecylamine or octadecanol with terminated isocyanate which obtained by the reaction of isophorone diisoeyanate (IPDI) with JRCure-1113. The structures were characterized by FT-IR, ^1H NMR and UV- vis spectroscopy. The photo bleaching of 2959-IPDI-Am and 2959-IPDI-Al were analyzed by UV-vis spectroscopy. The photopolymerization kinetics of HDDA initiated by 2959-IPDI-Am and 2959-IPDI-A1 were explored by real-time FT-IR. The results revealed that the photoinitiating activity of 2959-IPDI-Am and 2959-IPDI-A1 were higher than that of JRCure- 1113 due to the migration of long alkyl chain modified photoinitiators, and the oxygen inhibition weaken to a certain degree. In addition, the gel rates of cured fihns initiated by 2959-IPDI- Am and 2959-1PDI-A1 were 96.0% and 95.9%, respectively. The extractable rates of the residual 2959-IPDI-Am and 2959-IPDI-A1 were about 10%. The combination of 2959-IPDI- Am or 2959-IPDI-A1 with JRCure-1103 has a better photoinitiating performance.
