摘  要:为构建和设计更加可靠、准确和免维护的焦炉煤气防爆氧分析系统,创新采用了干法技术路线的系统设计。焦炉煤气原位整体式样气处理装置的主体结构,必须匹配对除尘过滤器的湿法外反吹扫系统,才得以妥善解决。本论文对湿法外反吹扫系统技术进行了全面分析和深入研究,论证了它在焦炉煤气干法防爆氧分析系统中应用的可行性。A more reliable, accurate and maintenance-free explosion-proof oxygen analysis system of coke oven gas was created and designed. The system was designed by an innovative use of dry technology route. The main structure of the gas treatment equipment with coke oven gas in situ integral configuration were matched with the wet reverse purging system of the dust filter so that the problems were properly solved. In this paper, the technique of wet reverse purging system was analyzed and studied thoroughly, and the feasibility of its application in dry gas explosion-proof oxygen analysis system of coke oven gas was demonstrated.
