摘　　要：当前绿色工业建筑总数较少的原因主要在于其带来的增量成本。应用经济效益法对绿色工业建筑全生命周期开展评价,结果表明初期的投资增量能在运行的较短时间内回收,绿色工业建筑具有长远发展前景。At present, the total number of green industrial building is small due to its incremental cost type. Economic benefit method was used to evaluate the whole life cycle of green industrial building. It was found that initial investment increment could be recovered within a relatively short period and green industrial building has long-term development outlook.
