摘 要:以上海第一人民医院2010年与2016年度开展的日间手术为对象,按照日间手术全面质量管理要求进行采取中心集中化管理模式,每年度对质量监测指标,包括投入指标、接诊指标、处置指标、服务量指标、预后指标、随访指标、安全指标、满意度指标、效益指标、绩效指标变化进行统计评价,并在实践中采用PDCA循环对包括入院标准、各种制度、日间病种临床路径等进行不断跟进、改善修正。结果表明随着医院日间手术规模与管理的不断发展,年度日间手术各项指标不断改善,优化。The paper takes ambulatory surgeries carried out during 2010 and 2016 in Shanghai First People's Hospital as the objective of the research,makes statistics and evaluations on the quality monitoring index,including the changes of input indicator,acceptance indicator,disposal indicator,service quality indicator,prognostic indicator,follow-up indicator, safety indicator, satisfaction indicator, efficiency indicator and performance indicator every year,as well as adapts PDCA Cycle to follow up and improve the Clinical Pathways,including admission criteria,management regulations and entities of ambulatory surgeries by practice. The result shows that with the development of the scale and management of ambulatory surgeries,the hospital has seen a continuous improvement and optimization on the annual indicators of these kinds of surgeries.
