摘　　要：文章分析了在平台化进程中的困境和实现平台化的重要意义,技术规范对标和实际产品性能对标两条量化的技术路线指导下,由团队分工协作和开发流程支撑实现一流竞争力设计方案的代际跨越。该研究实现了目前业内最高效、最经济和最快速的轿车密封系统开发。The plight in the process of platform and the significance of realizing the platform is analyzed. Under the guidance of technical sepecifications and performance bednmarking, we achieve first-class competitiveness in inter- gemeration upgrade seal system by team coperation and develop- ment process supposrt. The research has achieved the most efficient, economical and the most rapid development of car seal system.
