摘　　要：以某商用车车桥主轴油封装配工装为研究对象,通过对车桥主轴油封装配工装及其装配工艺改进,提出一种采用花键定心和压头自动找正的装配工装。改进后的车桥主轴油封装配工装使油封装入平稳、无切边和弹簧脱落现象。结果表明:改进后装配工装在现场油封返修率和售后故障率大幅降低,优化后的装配方案,大大提高了装配工艺的合理性,减少由于油封压装不到位或是油封变形造成的壳体内介质泄漏。Taking the axle oil seal assembly as the research object, a kind of assembling tool with spline centering and indentering is proposed to improve the assembly process of axle oil seal. Improved axle oil seal assembly makes oil seal assemble smooth, no trimming and spring off. The results show that the improvement of the assembly greatly reduced the repair rate and after - sale failure rate. The optimized assembly process improved the rationality of assembling, and reduced the medium leak- age caused by the uncompletely assembling or deformation of the oil seal.
