自然观光地旅游劳工移民社会融合结构及其影响因素分析——以九寨沟为例

摘　　要：以九寨沟为研究案例地,在借鉴国内外社会融合测度指标并经案例区预调研检验基础上构建调查量表,通过半结构访谈问卷收集数据,运用因子分析、方差分析等对九寨沟旅游劳工移民的社会融合结构及其影响因素进行探查。研究发现:九寨沟旅游劳工移民的社会融合可归纳为四个维度:经济融入、社会融入、文化融入和心理融入,其中社会融入和文化融入程度较高,心理融入和经济融入程度比较低;旅游劳工移民社会融合的阻碍因素包括移民与本地居民的价值观和文化差异、生活环境恶化、竞争加剧、经营环境无序、医疗教育条件较差以及休闲方式单一等;积极因素包括景区经济稳步发展、经营前景良好、社会环境改善、长期的生活互助和情感交流等。Taking Jiuzhaigou as a case, setting up survey scale by using social integration measurement indexes home and abroad for reference and conducting pre-examination, this study investigates social integration structure and influencing factors of tourist labour migration in Jiuzhaigou. Data is collected though semi-structure interview and questionnaire, and analyzed by factor analysis and variance analysis. Research results reveal that： social integration of the area can be reduced to as four dimensions, including social, cultural, economic and psychological integrations, of which the first two are on a higher level, and the last two on a lower level~ the factors influencing the integration involve value divergence, cultural difference, environmental deterioration, intense competition, disordered business environment, poor conditions in medical treatment and education, monotonous entertainment and so on; positive factors include developing and steady economy, good business prospect, improving social environment, long mutual assistance and affective interaction, etc.
