摘　　要：立足安徽农业大学的实际调研对大学生村官政策实践中的典型问题予以思考。将"双创型"人才培养目标与大学生村官前期的培养有机结合,以协同育人理论与复合型人才培养理论为基础,以学术研究与现实审视的有效链接,系统构建以"意识培养、专业教育,创新创业实践,协同育人"四位一体的"双创型"大学生村官储备培养机制,在实现学校"双创型"人才培养目标定位和发展的基础上,进一步提升大学生的农志、农趣、农艺和农技,培养更多"下得去、干得好、留得住、流得动"的大学生村官。Based on the survey conducted in Anhui Agricultural University, this study aims to make deep reflections on some typical issues concerning the cultivation of college-graduate village officials. Combining the cultivation of ＂innovative and entrepreneurial＂ talents and pre-cultivation of college- graduate village officials, based on the theories of cooperative cultivation and interdisciplinary talents cultivation, and integrating academic research with social reality, this study systematically establishes a four-in-one reserve and cultivation mechanism of the village officials. After realizing the positioning and development of talents cultivation, the mechanism will further promote college students ambition and interest about agriculture and their agricultural knowledge, and cultivate more college- graduate village officials who are willing to go to grassroots, can perform their duties excellently, and will either stay at their positions or change their posts as required.
