摘　　要：孔板流量计广泛应用于工业生产中,其测量值是生产控制的重要依据。但是受某些因素影响,会出现严重的计量失真。通过对某型孔板流量计在某浮法玻璃池炉使用中的问题跟踪,并结合流量计原理,对计量异常的特殊表现、原因以及解决方案进行了讨论分析。Orifice meter is widely used in the industrial production ,and its measurement value is an important basis for production control. However, there will be serious measurement distortion. In this paper, the author has traced the problems in the use of a type of orifice meter in a float glass furnace, discussed and analyzed the special performance, causes and solutions of the abnormal metering combining with the principle of flow meter.
