摘 要:我国大部分城市面临"垃圾围城"问题,生活垃圾实现无害化、减量化是当务之急。以河南省安阳市为例,阐述我国中小城市处理生活垃圾面临源头分类形同虚设、填埋处理无地可用、焚烧处理资金不足和运行缺乏经验等普遍问题。提出:生活垃圾源头分类是减轻后续处理工作量的关键前提,焚烧法是当前实现生活垃圾减量化、无害化的最有效的手段,但要注意防治二噁英等污染物的二次污染。Most of our cities are surrounded by garbage.The most urgent thing for us is to realize the harm-reduction and reduction of life garbage. This article takes Anyang city as an example. This paper expounds three common problems faced by small cities in China in dealing with the life rubbish.For example, the source classification is unusable, the landfill disposal is not available, the incineration is inadequate and the operation lacks experience. Here are some Suggestions: Sorting and collecting garbage at source is the key to reduce the workload of subsequent processing. Incineration method is the most effective means to realize the reduction of life and harmless. But beware of secondary pollution from pollutants such as dioxins. garbage
