中药熥熨外治法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药熥熨外治法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将160例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组80例,对照组使用洛索洛芬钠片60 mg,每日3次口服;治疗组使用本科室自制中药熥熨药包治疗,比较两组治疗前后VAS评分及WOMAC骨关节炎指数。结果:治疗组治疗前后对比,VAS及WOMAC评分明显改善(P<0.05);治疗组疗效、VAS及WOMAC评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药熥熨外治法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效确切。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine hot ironing therapy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods ： 160 cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 80 cases in each group, the control group used Loxoprofen Sodium Tablets 60 mg, 3 times daily oral ; treatment group used self-made traditional Chinese herbs hot ironing therapy, compared two groups treatment on before and after how to VAS score and WOMAC osteoarthritis index. Results： compared with the treatment group before and after treatment, VAS and WOMAC scores were significantly improved （P〈0.05）; the curative effect, VAS and WOMAC scores were significantly better than those of the control group （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Traditional Chinese medicine hot ironing external treatment has satisfied effect with thepatients of the knee osteoarthritis.
