补肾益气活血方药治疗冠心病心绞痛随机对照试验系统评价

摘　　要：目的:评价补肾益气活血方药治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果及安全性,以期对临床提供借鉴与指导。方法:计算机检索中文及外文数据库(时间从各库建库到2016年12月)所收录的补肾益气活血方药治疗冠心病心绞痛的随机对照临床试验,筛选出符合标准的试验研究,并对其进行质量评价,并且用Rev Man软件对纳入文献提取的数据进行数据分析。结果:共纳入随机对照试验9个,涉及冠心病心绞痛患者1184例;文献纳入的质量偏低;Meta分析结果显示补肾益气活血方药干预的试验组在总有效率、中医症状、心电图疗效、血脂、血压、心率方面均优于对照组(P<0.05),且不良反应偏低。结论:补肾益气活血方药治疗冠心病心绞痛有良好的疗效和安全性,但由于文献质量偏低,上述其稳定性和可靠性需要更多高质量的随机对照临床研究加以证实。Objective ： To evaluate the efficacy and safety of prescription for tonifying kidney and Qi and activating blood in treating coronary heart disease and in order to provide reference and guidance for clinical. Methods ： Randomized controlled clinical trial of prescription for tonifying kidney and replenishing Qi and activating blood in treating coronary heart disease were selected by searching the literature in the Chinese and foreign language database （ time from each library to December 2016 ）, and to evaluate its quality, and included in the data extracted from the literature and the data was analyzed by RevMan software. And its quality were evaluated and analyzing the data by RevMan. Results： 9 trials were included, and there are 1187 patients, but the qualities of those trials were low. The results of Meta-analysis shows that the experimental group was better than the control group in the total effective rate, TCM symptoms, ECG, blood lipids, blood pressure, heart rate （ P〈0.05 ）, and the adverse reaction is low. Conclusion ： The efficacy and safety of prescription for tonifying kidney and replenishing Qi and activating blood in treating coronary heart disease are good. But the qualities of those trials were low, so more high-quality randomized controlled clinical trials shoud be done to confirm the above stability and reliability.
