摘　　要：克罗恩病为难治性疾病。关于克罗恩病的理法方药探讨较少。该文从中医经典理论和文献报道入手,探讨克罗恩病的中医病名应分阶段命名,病位在脾胃与肠,为正虚邪实的疾病。治疗按泄泻与肠痈辨证论治。该文为克罗恩病中医治疗提供临床参考。Crohn＇s disease is a refractory disease. The traditional Chinese medicine theory of Crohn＇s disease is less. This article starts with the classic theory of Chinese medicine and literature reports. Crohn＇s disease should be named in stages. Crohn＇s disease is located in the spleen and stomach and intestines. It is a deficiency of vital Qi and exuberance of pathogenic Qi disease. Treatment based on differentiation of symptoms and signs. This article provides clinical reference for the treatment of Crohn＇s disease.
