摘　　要：优选近五年来从单味中药有效提取物、中药复方制剂的实验研究、临床研究三个方面相关文献,综述近五年来中医药防治本病的研究进展,认为中医药防治本病有一定的优势,但缺乏深入系统的研究,且中药抗肾纤维化的临床研究方面资料较少,尚需要大规模、多中心的随机对照临床实验,没有统一的临床检验指标作为观察标准。In this paper, five years from the single extract of traditional Chinese medicine, traditional Chinese medicine compound preparation of experimental research, clinical research in three aspects of related literature, review the past five years, Chinese medicine prevention and treatment of the disease research progress, that the Chinese medicine to prevent the disease have a certain advantage, but the lack of in-depth systematic research, and traditional Chinese medicine anti-renal fibrosis clinical research data less, still need large-scale, multi-center randomized controlled clinical trials, there is no uniform clinical test indicators as an observation standard.
