摘  要:目的:探讨西红花苷对异丙肾上腺素所致大鼠心肌缺血的保护作用。方法:大鼠灌胃给予西红花苷,灌胃7天后,通过腹腔注射异丙肾上腺素制备心肌缺血模型,测定血清中天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)活性和含量的变化。结果:西红花苷显著降低心肌缺血大鼠血清中AST、ALT、CK、LDH的活性,升高SOD活性,降低脂质过氧化终产物MDA的含量。结论:西红花苷可通过抑制心肌细胞氧化应激反应,降低肌酸激酶和谷丙/谷草转氨酶的活性及释放,有效缓解异丙肾上腺素所致大鼠缺血性心肌损伤。Objective:To Study the protective effect of crocin on myocardial ischemia induced by isoproterenoi. Methods:Rats were administrated with crocin for 7 ds, then prepared myocardial ischemia model in the way of injecting isoproterenol. At last, the activi- ties of AST, ALT, CK, CK MB, LDH and SOD in the serum, and the level of MDA were determined. Results: Crocin significantly decreased the activities of AST, ALT, CK, LDH, and increased the activity of SOD, decreased the level of MDA. Conclusion: Crocin has protective effects on myocardial ischemia induced by isoproterenol. The effects may be related to inhibition of lipid peroxi- dation, and decreases in the activities of AST, ALT, CK, LDH.
