蜈蚣败毒饮治疗寻常型银屑病临床再评价及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨蜈蚣败毒饮治疗寻常型银屑病临床再评价及安全性。方法 :选取寻常型银屑病患者500例,用随机化的方法分为治疗组和对照组,对患者按照血热证、血燥证、血瘀证进行辨证分型。治疗组予蜈蚣败毒饮口服,对照组予消银颗粒口服,疗程8周,比较两组患者治疗前后PASI评分变化、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:实际入组491例银屑病患者,治疗组血热证与血瘀证显效率分别为81.7%和88.1%,疗效均优于对照组;而治疗组和对照组血燥证患者的显效率分别为70.4%和76.1%,疗效差异无统计学意义;且两组均无严重不良反应。结论 :蜈蚣败毒饮治疗寻常型银屑病有效率较高,但不同证型的疗效有差异,其中以血热证和血瘀证最为显著,总体安全性较好。Objective ：To discuss the clinical revaluation and safety of Wugong Baidu Decoction on treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods ：500 cases of psoriasis vulgaris were selected and divided into treatment group and control group by randomization. The patients were classified according to blood heat syndrome,blood dryness syndrome and blood stasis syndrome. The patients in the treatment group were treated with Wugong Baidu Decoction orally;while the patients in the control group were treated with Xiaoyin Particles for 8 weeks. The changes of PASI score,clinical efficacy and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results ：Actual enrolled 491 patients with psoriasis. The effective rate of blood heat syndrome and blood stasis syndrome in the treatment group was 81.7% and 88.1% respectively,and the curative effect was better than that of the control group.While the effective rate of the blood dryness syndrome patients in the treatment group and the control group were 70.4% and 76.1% respectively,the difference was not statistically significant. And the two groups had no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion ：Wugong Baidu Decoction in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris is more efficient,but there are differences in the efficacy of different syndromes,of which the blood heat syndrome and blood stasis is the most significant,the overall safety is better.
