摘　　要：目的:玄明粉是临床常用的中药,但在现代的使用中却出现了一些不规范的现象,该研究主要是为了优选历代玄明粉的炮制加工方法。方法:主要通过查阅古籍和文献,对玄明粉的化学成分、炮制方法和炮制效果进行了整理分析。结果:遵循传统的炮制方法才能更好地发挥玄明粉的疗效,该研究还总结了玄明粉的炮制历史沿革。结论:该研究可为今后玄明粉的炮制方法、制备工艺、商品规格的研究提供文献依据。Objective：Natrii powder is clinical commonly used traditional chinese medicine, but in the use of modern some non- standard phenomena,This paper is to clear all previous dynasties natrii powder processing method. Methods：Mainly through the ancient books and literatures, chemical composition of natrii powder processing effect and processing method to carry on the analysis. Results：Follows the traditional processing method can better exert the curative effect of natrii powder, then the history of the powder was summarized. Conclusion： This paper can provide the basis for the research of the preparation, preparation process and product specification for the future.
