摘　　要：目的 :探讨加味解毒生脉散对重症感染患者血清中感染学指标及临床预后的影响。方法 :将96例重症感染患者按照数字表法随机分为两组。对照组48例给予西医抗感染治疗,观察组48例给予西医抗感染联合加味解毒生脉散治疗。比较两组血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)及临床预后的差异,并分析其免疫功能及不良反应情况。结果 :治疗3、7 d后观察组CRP、PCT水平降低,也低于同期对照组,呈逐渐降低趋势(P<0.05);观察组临床总有效率为93.7%高于对照组77.1%(P<0.05);治疗3、7 d后观察组CD3、CD4和CD8细胞水平升高,也高于同期对照组,呈逐渐升高趋势(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为6.3%低于对照组14.6%(P>0.05)。结论 :加味解毒生脉散治疗重症感染患者效果佳,临床有效率高,改善炎性因子水平,增强机体免疫力,值得临床选择。Objective ：To explore the effect of Modified Jiedu Shengmai Powder on serum infectious index and clinical prognosis in patients with severe infection. Methods ：96 patients with severe infection were randomly divided into two groups according to the digital table method. The control group of 48 patients were given Western medicine anti-infection treatment,observation group 48 cases were given Western medicine anti-infection combined with Modified Jiedu Shengmai Powder treatment. The levels of serum C-reactive protein（CRP）,procalcitonin（PCT）and clinical prognosis were compared between the two groups,and the immune function and adverse reaction were analyzed. Results ：After 3 days and 7 days of treatment,the levels of CRP and PCT were decreased in the observation group,which was lower than that of the control group,and was gradually reduced trend（P0.05）. The total effective rate was 93.7% in the observation group higher than that in the control group 77.1%（P0.05）. After 3 days and 7 days of treatment,the levels of CD3,CD4 and CD8 were elevated in the observation group,also higher than the control group,was gradually increased trend（P0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.3% lower than that in the control group 14.6%（P0.05）. Conclusion ：Modified Jiedu Shengmai Powder treatment of patients with severe infection has good effect,high clinical efficiency,improve the level of inflammatory factors,enhance the body immunity,worthy of clinical choice.
