摘　　要：名中医在临床治疗疑难杂症,积累了丰富的经验,尤其是便秘的治疗。对名中医治疗便秘的经验加以整理,阐述生活方式改变后便秘临床常见病因病机、治疗方法及临床常用方药,并阐述组方规律。为广大中医工作者更好的应用名医经验提供借鉴。Famous traditional Chinese medicine experts have accumulated rich experience in the treatment of difficult miscellaneous,especially in the treatment of constipation. Experience of treating constipation has been sorted out. This article describes the common causes,pathogenesis,treatment and clinical common prescriptions of constipation after lifestyle change. For the majority of Chinese medicine practitioners to better use the experience of famous doctors to provide reference.
