摘 要:以双氧水为环氧化试剂,三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯(TAIC)为原料合成了异氰脲酸三缩水甘油酯(TGIC)。考察了双氧水与TAIC的摩尔比、双氧水的质量分数、溶剂种类、反应时间和反应温度对产品收率的影响,得到最优反应条件为:双氧水与TAIC的摩尔比6:1,双氧水质量分数40%,乙腈作为溶剂,反应温度45℃,反应时间6 h。产品收率达到80%以上。所制TGIC产品的环氧当量与某进口产品相当,但总氯优得多。将自制TGIC产品作为固化剂与聚酯粉末涂料制成涂膜,其性能均能达到进口产品的水平,甚至在光泽度以及胶化时间方面略有优势,可替代进口产品,用于高端涂料领域。1,3,5-Triglycidyl isocyanurate (TGIC) was synthesized from triallyl isocyanurate (TAIC) with H2O2 as epoxidation reagent. The effects of the molar ratio of H2O2 to TAIC, mass fraction of H2O2, type of solvent, as well as reaction temperature and time on the yield of product were studied. The optimal conditions were obtained as follows: molar ratio of H2O2 to TAlC 6:1, H2O2 40wt%, acetonitrile as solvent, reaction temperature 45℃, and reaction time 6 h. The yield of product was beyond 80% thereunder. The epoxy equivalent of the synthesized TGIC product is matchable to that of an imported product while its total chlorine is much less. The polyester powder coating obtained with the home-made TGIC as curing agent has a performance comparable to that made with the imported TGIC, even has a little higher glossiness and a longer gel time. The synthesized TGIC can be used as an alternative to the imported product for the coatings in high-end applications.
