摘  要:通过单因素试验考察了不同主溶剂、助溶剂和促进剂对拉链头上聚酯类漆膜的脱漆能力的影响,然后用正交试验确定所选各组分的用量,得到最佳脱漆剂配方为:主溶剂苯甲醛21.28%(质量分数,下同),助溶剂丙三醇24.82%,促进剂[m(甲酸):m(三乙醇胺):m(氢氧化钠):m(水)=4:1:1:4]47.69%,表面活性剂OP-10 6.21%。该水性脱漆剂适用于采用不同工艺(包括滚喷、挂喷和电泳)涂装的拉链头,脱漆效率均为95%以上,并且重复使用10次后,脱漆效率仍能达到95%以上。The effects of different main solvents, solubilizers and accelerators on removal of polyester film on zipper head were studied by single-factor experiment. The dosage of each component selected was determined by orthogonal test. The optimal formulation of paint stripper is: 21.28wt% benzaldehyde as main solvent, 24.82wt% glycerol as solubilizer, 47.69wt% accelerator composed of formic acid, triethanolamine, sodium hydroxide and water at a mass ratio of4:1:1:4, and 6.21wt% OP-10 surfactant. This water-based paint stripper is applicable for the zipper heads painted by different processes (including barrel spray, rack spray and electrophoresis), with a paint removal efficiency above 95%, even after being used for 10 times.
