益心饮治疗冠心病对心率变异性的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察益心饮治疗冠心病对心率变异性的影响。方法:166例随机分为观察组与对照组各83例。两组均用常规西药治疗,观察组加用益心饮治疗,比较两组心率变异性。结果:心率变异性改善情况观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗的基础上加用益心饮治疗冠心病可显著提高总有效率,改善心率变异性。Objective： To observe the effect of Yixin Yin on heart rate variability of coronary heart disease. Method： 166 cases were divided into 2 groups randomly. Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine and the observation group were treated with Yixin Yin additionally. The heart rate variability of both groups was compared. Result： The improvement of heart rate variability of the observation group was superior to that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： Based on the conventional treatment of coronary heart disease, the additional application of Yixin Yin could enhance the total effective rate and improve the heart rate variability.
