针刺井穴为主治疗偏头痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺井穴为主治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:将60例随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组用针刺井穴为主疗法,对照组口服尼莫地平治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组93.3%、对照组63.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后两组TCD检查均有显著改善,而治疗组改善更显著(P<0.05)。结论:针刺井穴为主治疗偏头痛效果显著。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect on migraine treated by acupuncture on Jing-well point. Method：60 cases were evenly divided into treatment group and control group in random. The treatment group were mainly treated with acupuncture on Jing-well point while the control group were treated with nimodipine by oral administration. Result：The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3% while that of the control group was 63.3%. There was significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）. Before and after treatment TCD examination in the two groups was significantly improved and that of the treatment group was improved more significantly（P0.05）. Conclusion： The effect is significant on migraine mainly treated by acupuncture on Jing-well point.
