“D”字复位法结合夹板固定治疗Colles骨折临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察"D"字复位法结合夹板固定治疗Colles骨折临床疗效。方法:60例用"D"字复位法结合夹板固定治疗。结果:随访3~9个月,全部骨性愈合,优良率93.33%。结论:"D"字复位法结合夹板固定治疗colles骨折具有方法简单、疗效好、并发症发生率低等优点。Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of the ＂D＂ reduction method combined with splint for Colles fracture. Method： 60 patients were treated with ＂D＂ reduction method and splinted. Result： 60 cases were followed up 6 - 9 months and they all got the osseous healing. The excellent and good rate reached 93.33%. Conclusion： ＂D＂ reduction method combined with splint in treatment of Colles fracture is simple, convenient, with good effect and less complication.
