摘　　要：针对铁路标准化运输产品不能满足市场差异化需求,以及物流专业化服务能力不足等问题,按照专业化发展的战略思路,基于市场细分理论,分析铁路物流发展现状,分层次剖析目标市场需求特性,设计专业化业务体系架构,提出铁路物流散堆装、长大笨、包装成件、快件运输、冷链、商品车和危险货物等7大专业化物流业务板块。针对散堆装货物提出面向全行业的"产运销"一体化专业物流服务模式,包装成件货物应提升物流方案设计能力发展定制化、一体化物流服务,快运、冷链货物等小批量、高品质货物采用"搭平台引流上线"的发展思路,为铁路物流专业化服务体系的设计和研究提供参考依据。Facing the problems of standard railway transport products not being able to meet the differentiated demand of the market as well as the inadequacy in professional logistics service, this paper presents the current status of railway logistics and analyzes the demand characteristics of the target market in line with the strategy of professional service based on market segmentation theory. It also provides the design of the professional business system structure in 7 business segments, namely, bulk and stack goods, heavy and bulk goods, packed goods, express luggage, cold chain goods, commodity automobile and dangerous goods. For bulk and stack goods, a professional logistics service mode integrating all the processes from the production, transport to sales of the whole industry is proposed. For packed goods, customized and integrated logistics service shall be developed with improved logistics plan design ability. The market for small amount and high value goods, such as express luggage and cold chain goods, shall be developed with the concept of ＂building platforms and attracting the goods flow to railway＂. This study can serve as a reference for the design and research on the professional service system of railway logistics industry.
