摘　　要：大蓟Cirsii Japonici Herba的化学成分主要为黄酮类、甾醇类、木脂素类、长链炔烯醇类、苷类和挥发油类化合物,有凝血止血、降血压、抗肿瘤等药理作用。通过在Sci Finder、中国知网、Pub Med等数据库中检索1977—2017年大蓟草的化学成分和药理作用研究相关文献并进行整理归纳,为大蓟的药效物质基础研究和开发利用提供参考。Major chemical constituents of Cirsium japonicum are flavonoids,sterols,lignans,lonicol,glycosides,and volatile oils,which has hemostatic,hemostatic,antitumor and other pharmacological effects.By searching the researches in Sci Finder,Chinese knowledge network,and Pub Med from 1977 to 2017,the previous studies on C.japonicum were summarized and analyzed from chemical composition and pharmacological effect,which provided reference for the development and basic research of pharmacodynamic substances.
