摘　　要：本文基于德温特创新索引数据库,运用专利分析法,从专利申请数量,专利权人,热点技术领域分布等角度对国际心血管药物专利进行分析。结果显示,该领域专利申请量增长缓慢,处于技术成熟阶段;前10位专利权人中,以制药企业为主,主要来自于英国、德国、美国、瑞士等,排名前3的企业分别是英国阿斯利康有限公司,法国赛诺菲公司及德国拜耳股份公司;拜耳先灵制药,英国阿斯利康和霍夫曼罗氏股份有限公司的合作能力最强;心血管药物热点研究主要集中于三大领域:(1)作用于血液与心血管系统的药物。(2)具有明确靶向的药物。(3)缓解发热、炎症、疼痛的药物。The Derwent innovation index database was used to analyze the number of patent application,patentee,hot technology field distribution and so on. The results showed that the patents in this area are in the mature stage of technology,and the number of patent applications is growing slowly; the top ten patentees are pharmaceutical companies from the United Kingdom,Germany,the United States and other countries,and the top three companies are the United Kingdom Astra Zeneca Co. Ltd.,France Sanofi-Aventis and the German Bayer AG;Bayer Schering Pharma,Astra Zeneca Ab and Hoffman La Roche Co Ag F have the strongest ability of co-operation;cardiovascular drug research focuses on three major areas,i. e.,drugs that act on blood and cardiovascular system,drugs with definite targets,and drugs with antalgic and anti-inflammatory activities.
