药物透过胎盘屏障评价模型研究进展

摘　　要：妊娠期用药安全性是临床用药的关键问题,临床用药前,需要准确地预测药物在体内透过胎盘屏障时的转运及代谢过程,以对妊娠期用药提供指导信息。胎盘是母体与胎儿物质交换的场所,通过建立体内外的胎盘屏障模型,可以对药物透过性进行评价。本文综述了目前体外研究人胎盘的主要模型及其特点,运用适当的模型探讨药物胎盘屏障的转运机制,对妊娠期用药安全性有重要的临床意义。Drug safety in pregnant women has become a key problem in clinical medication. Before clinical medication,it is compulsory to accurately predict the process of transport and metabolism of drugs when they penetrate the placental barrier in vivo,which can provide some valuable information for guiding safe medication in gestation period. Placenta is a place where material exchange takes place between matrix and fetus. Several models of in vitro placental barrier have been established to evaluate drug permeability. In this article,some models to duplicate human placental barrier in vitro and their features were reviewed. It is significant to utilize certain appropriate models to investigate the mechanisms of drug transport in placental barrier for safe medication in pregnant women.
