摘 要:目的通过对郑州地区近年无偿献血者错血型的原因和分布变化分析,制定出应对方案,以降低初筛错血型的发生率。方法对2009-2016年郑州地区无偿献血者初筛错血型按年和血型统计其所占比例,初筛错血型的原因以环境因素、试剂因素和人为因素分类。结果 2009-2016年共检测1 518 529人次血型,初筛错血型1 790例,占比0.12%。其中O型296例,初筛错血型率最低,占总O型比0.07%;AB型436例,初筛错血型率最高,占总O型比0.07%。从2011-2016年,初筛错血型比率是逐年降低的。初筛错血型的原因人为因素占57.60%到69.50%。结论初筛错血型的比率逐年降低,AB型初筛错血型率最高,人为因素是初筛错血型的主要原因。Objective By analyzing the distribution and reasons of the wrong blood type of the blood donors in Zhengzhou area, we can draw up the related measures to reduce the incidence of the wrong blood type of screening. Methods According to the different blood types, the percentage of screening wrong blood type in blood donors in Zhengzhou area was counted year by year. The causes of the wrong blood type of the screening are divided into the environmental factors,reagent factors and human factors. Results In 2009-2016,1 518 529 blood donors were detected, in which a total of 1790 cases of screening the wrong blood type, in addition, the rate of O-type is the lowest of the screening wrong blood type, O-type error blood 296 cases, the error rates as low as 0.07 %, the rate of AB-type is the highest of the screening wrong blood type, AB-type blood type 436 cases of error, the error rates of up to 0.29 %. The rate of the wrong blood type decreased year by year from 2011-2016. In these reasons, the human factors accounted for 57.60 % to 69.50 %.Conclusions The rate of the wrong blood type of screening is decreasing year by year. The rate of AB-type is the highest of the screening wrong blood type. The human factors is the main reason of the wrong blood type.
