摘  要:特征是影响土地覆盖分类精度的重要因素.为分析基础特征不同的情况下,地形、降水等环境辅助特征对MODIS土地覆盖分类精度的影响,选取河南省为研究区,以MODIS 1-7波段天顶BRDF调整后反射率产品MCD43A4、全年EVI时间序列数据MOD13Q1及两者的组合为基础特征,MODIS地表温度产品MOD11A2、高程、坡度、年平均降水为辅助特征,构建多特征组合,并利用支持向量机进行土地覆盖分类研究.实验结果表明:(1)在基础分类特征不同的情况下,地形(高程、坡度)、地表温度的引入,均可令土地覆盖总体分类精度略有提升,提升贡献在1个百分点以内,但年平均降水对精度贡献并不稳定.(2)环境辅助特征对不同地物生产精度的贡献并不相同,在某些类别的生产精度获得提高的同时,其他类别的生产精度可能降低.Classification features are important factors that affect the accuracy of land cover classification.In order to analyze the contribution of environmental auxiliary features such as topographic factors,temperature and precipitation to the accuracy of land cover classification using MODIS under different basic features,in this study,Henan province was selected as a study area for land over classification using MODIS data.The MCD43A4 data(16-Day MODIS Nadir BRDF-Adjusted Reflectance),MOD13Q1(16-day MODIS EVI)data and both of them were selected as basic features while land surface temperature MOD11A2 products,annual average precipitation,DEM and slope were used as the environmental auxiliary features to construct different features combinations.And then support vector machines were applied to land cover classification.The experimental results show that:(a)in the case of different basic classification features,the introduction of DEM,slope and land surface temperature features can improve the overall accuracy slightly,within one percentage point.(b)the environmental auxiliary features has different effect for improving the producer's accuracy,and the producer's accuracy of other land cover types may be decreased while some types were increased.
