摘  要:膨润土为原料制备高效吸附剂去除水体中阳离子染料(孔雀石绿,MG).用勃姆石溶胶改性酸活化的膨润土(AB)得到改性膨润土(AB-BS),并通过FT-IR、XRD、SEM对其结构进行了表征.紫外光谱法用以考察AB和AB-BS对孔雀石绿的吸附情况,确定了最佳实验条件.实验表明AB和AB-BS均可高效地吸附孔雀石绿,最大吸附量分别为44.09和20.01mg·g^(-1).此外,吸附剂去除孔雀石绿符合Langmuir吸附模型,存在单层吸附,吸附动力学研究表明吸附行为遵循二级动力学模型.本工作研究结果说明AB和AB-BS在水体中去除孔雀石绿有一定的应用潜力.Bentonite was used as feedstock to prepare novel and effective adsorbents to remove cationic dye(malachite green,MG)from aqueous solutions.Modified bentonite(AB-BS)was synthesized by modified acidactivated bentonite(AB)with boehmite.The resulting modified bentonite was characterized with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),Xray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The UV-visible spectrometry was employed to study on adsorption of MG on AB and AB-BS,which selected optimal experimental conditions.Experimental and modeling results show that both AB and AB-BS effectively sorbed both MG with maximum sorption capacity of 44.09 and 20.01 mg·g~(-1),respectively.Moreover,monolayer adsorption of MG onto the adsorbents was revealed by a better fitting of the Langmuir model.Adsorption kinetic studies indicate that the adsorption behavior of MG follows the pseudo-second-order kinetic model.Results obtained from this work demonstrate the potential of AB and AB-BS adsorbent for the removal of MG from aqueous solutions.
