摘 要:为了探明激素种类、激素处理时间、激素浓度和基质种类等因素对青海云杉扦插生根的影响。以7年生青海云杉母株上1年生半木质化枝条为材料,设计不同激素种类、不同处理时间、激素不同浓度以及不同基质配比,进行对比试验。结果表明:多数处理之间存在着显著差异,其中激素种类以IBA为最好;最佳处理时间为IBA处理2 h;最佳处理浓度为200 mg/kg IBA;基质以泥炭土:珍珠岩=2:1的效果最佳。In order to explore the effects of hormone type, hormone treatment time, hormone concentration and substrate type on rooting ofPicea crassifolia, the one - year - old semi - lignified branches of seven-year-old Picea crassifolia were used as the research materials, and the spikelets were treated by different hormone types, treatment time, concentration and different matrix ratio. The results showed that there were significant differences among the majority of treatments, IBA was the best among the tested hormone types. The optimal treatment time was 2h with IBA, the best treatment IBA concentration was 200 mg/kg, the best treatment matrixwas peat soil : perlite = 2 : 1.
