湖南省雁鸭类禽流感流行病学调查

摘　　要：为了研究湖南省雁鸭类禽流感流行病发生情况,为我省疫源疫病防控体系建设提供依据,我们采集洞庭湖区迁徙的雁鸭类候鸟的粪便拭子300份,以及人工养殖雁鸭类鸿雁和绿头鸭咽、肛拭子各50份,共200份,合计500份,对样品进行禽流感病毒检测。结果发现:在岳阳市东洞庭保护区春风湖保护站豆雁粪便拭子样品中检测出3株低致病性的H9N2亚型禽流感病毒,在岳阳市华容县属山镇华兴村鸿雁和绿头鸭咽、肛拭子样品中未检测出禽流感病毒。洞庭湖区雁鸭类候鸟没有发生和感染高致病性的禽流感,也未出现人工养殖的雁鸭类感染禽流感的情况,但存在雁鸭类候鸟感染低致病性禽流感的情况。In order to study the wild goose duck class avian influenza epidemic situation of Hunan Province, and provide the basis for endemic disease prevention and control system construction in Hunan Province, there are 300 pieces of faecal swabs of migratory birds geese and ducks were collected in the Dongting Lake, and 50 pieces of artificial breeding Anser cygnoides, Anas platyrhynchos and pharynx anal swab respectinvely and total 200 pieces, a total of 500 samples have been tested for avian influenza. The results showed that： three H9N2 subtypes of avian influenza virus were detected in the swab samples of the Anser fabalis excrement of the Chunfeng Lake Protection Station in East Dongting Lake Reserve in Yueyang City, and a low pathogenic avian influenza virus was detected. The avian influenza virus was not detected in the samples of Anser cygnoides, Anas platyrhynchos and pharynx, anal swab in Huaxing Village of Huarong County in Yueyang City. There are no cases of highly pathogenic avian influenza the Dongting Lake area, and no cases of avian influenza appear artificial breeding goose duck infection situation, but appear the existence of low pathogenic avian influenza of migrator of goose and duck class.
